RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return Policy:
We gladly accept returns of full-price, online purchases within 14 days of delivery. To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Return Conditions:
• Items must be unworn and unused.
• Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear and tear.
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Inspection Period:
Please inspect your items within 5 days of delivery. If no damage or return request is reported within this timeframe, we will not be responsible for any issues, and no return or exchange will be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Special orders or personalized items
• Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
• All clearance and sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
TO INITIATE YOUR RETURN, COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
1) Send an email Inspiresalonandboutique and include the following information:
order number
Reason for the return/ exchange
2) You will receive a Return Authorization Number from us via email.
Please note, requests made over the weekend will be addressed the next business day. Once you receive this number, please send the item to be returned/ exchanged to:

3) Once a returned item is received, your refund/ exchange will be processed within 3 business days.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund in 10 to 15 days, contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Please note that we may send you an invoice to cover the cost of shipping in the event of an exchange.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items ( including items on promotion) cannot be refunded under any condition or circumstances.
NOTE: ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
Please be sure to write the RA# on the outside of the package. Any item returned without an RA# will not be returned or exchanged.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non - non-refundable.
if your order was eligible for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
